He has extensive experience in delivering sound legal solutions, resolving high-profile disputes in landmark decisions, and effectively interfacing with regulatory authorities in Nigeria. In recent years, Charles has skillfully engaged in the development, review, and implementation of Information Technology Policies, Procedures, and Standards in the United States. He actively supported the conceptualization, formulation, and development of impactful policies as well as programs to foster digital equity for residents in Illinois, USA.
Charles is a Doctoral Fellow at the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology and a Doctoral Student at the University of Illinois, Springfield with a research interest in the impact of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) on ethical and effective public service delivery, focusing on AI governance strategies.
