The semi-final round of the MIPLG International Debate Competition 2025 has officially come to a close!
Our semi-finalists delivered powerful arguments, critical insights, and exceptional advocacy as they debated a cutting-edge intellectual property and legal policy issue: “African Traditional Music Sampling is Cultural ‘Appropriation’ not Appreciation.” The level of competition was nothing short of impressive, and we commend all teams for their remarkable efforts.
