Chukwuemezie Charles Emejuo

Biography

Chukwuemezie Charles Emejuo is an ingenious Commercial Lawyer. He advises on several corporate and commercial transactions and has made appearances in Nigerian Courts and Arbitration Tribunal. He has garnered considerable experience in advising startups and other corporate and individual clients on a wide range of Intellectual Property issues and dispute resolution. He is an Associate at Kayode Sofola & Associates, Lagos, Nigeria, and also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.

Charles served as the General Secretary of MIPLG until March 2021 when he became the Acting Executive Director.

Charles graduated with a 1st class from the Nigerian Law School and also won the Prince Bola Ajibola prize for the 3rd Best Student in Civil Litigation. He is a graduate of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra, Nigeria.
