The WIPO Hague System is a platform for international registration of Industrial Designs. Through the filing of a single application, an applicant may acquire registration for up to 100 designs in 74 contracting parties, covering 91 countries.
The Hague system enters into force for Mexico today. Nigeria is not a contracting party to The Hague system. However, Ghana and a host of other African countries are.
